We’re a small, home-based gift shop proudly based in Singapore. All orders are carefully managed and packed with love before being delivered to you.
2. Where do your items come from?
Our gifts are carefully sourced from trusted partners across Asia, featuring Japanese-inspired designs and meaningful craftsmanship. Each item is carefully selected for its symbolism, charm, and exceptional quality.
3. Why does delivery take 2–4 weeks?
Most of our gifts are specially sourced upon order to minimise waste and maintain our unique curation. This means your Okurimono takes a little journey before arriving — we promise it’ll be worth the wait.
4. Do you have ready-stock items?
Yes! Selected popular items are available through our InStock collection and typically arrive within 3–5 working days in Singapore.
5. Can I request gift wrapping?
Absolutely! Every order is thoughtfully wrapped in our signature minimalist style. You can also add a free handwritten message at checkout — perfect for gifting directly to someone special.
6. What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Don’t worry — we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 3 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
As most orders are prepared immediately after purchase, changes or cancellations may only be possible within 24 hours of purchase. Please reach out to us promptly, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
8. Do you ship outside of Singapore?
Currently, we primarily ship within Singapore, but we’re exploring regional shipping options soon. If you’re overseas, drop us a message and we’ll see what’s possible.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via credit/debit cards, PayNow/PayLah, and Local bank transfer. All transactions are encrypted and protected.
